Learn how to get fitter & stronger than you ever thought possible in 2010. Our Russian Kettlebells Beginners Course will teach you everything you need to know to work with the fantastic Russian Kettlebells.
A six week course for beginners
Our Kettlebells Beginners course is being taught bt Jacqui Davies. Jacqui is the authority for Kettlebells in Tayside, & is Taysides only IKFF Certified Kettlebells Trainer. She is the only instructor teaching properly experienced & qualified Kettlebell Training in Angus.
The beginners course will take you through the basic Kettlebells exercises so you learn to do them safely & with good technique, so you get the most out of your Kettlebells Training.
You don't have to be young & fit to do this course, everyone on the course will be able to work to their own level, so whether you're totally unfit & looking to get fit, or already very fit & looking to get even stronger & fitter; you'll get everything you need to get where you want to go with this course.
Know your swings from your snatches
Jacqui will take you through the different exercises that she uses in her Kettlebells classes, so you'll get to grips with the different variations of the swing, the snatch, the clean, squats, high pulls, figure of eight, the Turkish get-up, & more.
This course will teach you everything you need to know to jump straight into Jacquis Kettlebells class like a veteran, or to be able to get working with your own Kettlebell.
The course is about learning, not thrashing you into a sweaty heap; so you'll be learning correct technique. The first four sessions will be all about teaching you technique, then the last two sessions will put those techniques together into short classes. Our Beginners Kettlebells Course will be great fun, & help you REALLY make a difference to your fitness, weight loss, muscle toning, strength training; whatever it is that you're wanting to improve in 2010!

This course has limited spaces, so make sure you book your space now. The course costs only £30, payable before the start of the course.
